Vendors will be located in one central, high traffic area near the main spectator zone-so every booth enjoys great visibility and stay customer flow. Spaces are first-come, first-serve.
Food Vendors
We limit the number of food trucks to ensure variety and strong sales for everyone. Our goal is to offer a diverse mix of cuisines with out oversaturation, creating the best experience for both vendors and guests.
General & Entertainment Vendors
Merchandise, artisans, and entertainment vendors are all welcome! Booths are positioned for maximum exposure in the heart of the event activity.
Key Details
Vendors must be self contained(no onsite power or water). We do have a generator vendor if one is needed, please email for information.
Proof of insurance are required; food vendors must meet health standards. Send documents to info@WestTexasMile.com. Must have documents before setup begins.
Security and staff will be on-site all weekend.
Early registration is encouraged to secure your space.
Once you fill out our form continue to the cart and check out with the $50 vendor fee to secure your spot. Once your submission is received you will be given a confirmation email with vendor instructions for the event.

Booth Details & Requirements
Vendor booth registration requires a $50 non-refundable deposit to secure your space at the West Texas Mile event. Electrical outlets are not available at booth locations, so vendors must bring all necessary equipment including generators, lighting, and power sources for their displays. Booth spaces provide ample room for product displays, promotional materials, and customer interaction throughout the three-day event weekend. Setup and breakdown times will be communicated to registered vendors along with specific booth assignments and event logistics. All vendors receive detailed information about load-in procedures, event guidelines, and coordination with other marketplace participants to ensure a successful experience.
